Welcome to Estia Health Merrylands, our aged care home located in the Parramatta region of western Sydney, New South Wales
Estia Health Merrylands is a spacious, welcoming home on a residential street in Greystanes, less than 15 minutes to the centre of Parramatta. It is close to public transport and local conveniences including shops, cafes and medical services.
The experienced clinicians, carers and hospitality teams look after all aspects of a resident’s care, including clinical, social and overall wellbeing, and offer palliative care services, which can be accessed as short-term respite care or for a longer stay, which can be accessed for short-term respite care or a longer stay.
The home offers single and companion rooms, for couples wishing to live together, and many rooms have views of the gardens or courtyard. Residents enjoy spacious and comfortable living areas, a hairdressing salon and a chapel with regular services. Outside, the landscaped gardens and courtyard have raised beds tended to by keen residents, and barbeque areas. The onsite chef and team cook fresh daily to meet residents’ preferences. The activities and excursions program is tailored to meet residents’ interests.

The home is managed by our Residential Aged Care Manager who oversees the running of the aged care home to ensure residents have the best experience possible, with our Care Director leading a skilled nursing team rostered on duty 24/7, supported by care, hospitality and lifestyle teams, all focused on enriching and celebrating residents’ lives.

What will it cost?
When moving into an aged care home the amount you pay will depend on the home and room you choose, your own circumstances and means to pay for the available care and services. Your accommodation and care costs may be partly or fully covered by the government, which will be determined by a means assessment.
Will it suit my needs?
