Welcome to Estia Health Encounter Bay, our aged care home located close to Victor Harbour
Estia Health Encounter Bay is only a 10 minute walk to the beach, near to public transport and offers onsite parking.
Our caring team includes experienced clinicians, carers, hospitality and lifestyle employees looking after all aspects of a resident's care including clinical, social and overall wellbeing and offer dementia and palliative care services, which can be accessed on a short-term respite or longer stay. The home offers a secure memory support unit to provide a safe environment for residents requiring additional support. Daily activities are tailored to residents' interests and hobbies, bus outings are enjoyed and our onsite chef and his team cook meals fresh daily, based on residents' preferences.
The home has several comfortable lounge areas, two large dining areas and private function rooms. A games room including a pool table, a computer room, a hairdressing salon, cinema room, gym room and a library room are just some of the features of the home. Regular services are held in the onsite chapel. Outside the home residents enjoy beautiful landscaped gardens, a dedicated games space, barbecue areas with shading.

The home is managed by our Residential Aged Care Manager who oversees the running of the aged care home to ensure residents have the best experience possible, with our Care Director leading a skilled nursing team rostered on duty 24/7, supported by care, hospitality and lifestyle teams, all focused on enriching and celebrating residents’ lives.
