About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join Estia’s newly formed PMO function, within the growing aged care sector.
Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing a range of IT infrastructure and application projects, from concept through to successful delivery and transition to business as usual, ensuring the full benefit of the project is achieved.
Working through from project initiation to managing organisational change activities, this is role will be highly visible and focused on delivery and sustainability of projects, as aligned to the IT goals of the business.   

About you
You will be an experienced Project Manager who has demonstrated success in delivery a range of IT infrastructure and applications projects and is looking for a new challenge, in a role that you can truly make your own.

 To be successful in the role you must have the following:

  • Minimum 5 years’ in successfully delivering a range of IT projects
  • Experience in project management methodologies and processes (Prince2 and/or PMBOK)
  • Extensive experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project)
  • Understanding of project accounting and proficiency is cost/benefit financial analysis
  • Experience and knowledge of IT change management principles and tools
  • Experience managing formal procurement processes and vendor management
  • Experience working in both waterfall and Agile project environments
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, and build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
