About the role
A key partnership role that involves driving a positive customer, resident and family experience to optimise occupancy and improve performance of our homes. Our Client Relations Managers are champions of the admissions and sales process, referral relationships and strategic planning to anticipate demand and customer needs. As an ambassador for our brand and values, the Client Relations Manager is a pivotal role in our organisation.

 

The role will be based in Southern and Western Sydney, NSW.
 
 
Key responsibilities of the role 
  • Contributes to the performance of homes by reporting, monitoring and reactive actions on occupancy and admission trends
  • Develop and implement sales strategies through in depth market and competitor analysis
  • Creating marketing plans with individual homes to support community engagement and create a sound referrer pipeline
  • Designing and monitoring approaches to improve local referrer relationships and the local reputation of the home
  • Manage my Aged Care website for referral opportunities

 

About you
Our ideal applicant is an experienced Aged Care professional, with a sound understanding and knowledge of relevant legislation and codes of practice in residential aged care particularly related to funding and the admissions process.
  
You will be a exceptional communicator who can build rapport and trusting relationships with a diverse range of audiences quickly and you wont be afraid to provide hands on support and guidance when required.

Industry experience in either Residential Aged Care, Home Care or Disability is essential.
