Masterclasses are currently being held for our Lifestyle Coordinators across Victoria, NSW, Queensland and South Australia hosted by Trudy Mackenzie. With guest speakers Marguerite Tuvey our Clinical Development Partner, Kerry Ewing, Head of Quality and Clinical Development and Julie Hungerford, Communications Manager, there have been a wide variety of topics discussed.
From our Continuous Improvement Program to our Connect app, the role of media presence in our homes, the new GNF and social media form and Trudy's presentation on lifestyle statements and improving our library of activity cards. This new initiative will ensure that our activities within the home are engaging, memorable and deliver a true experience for the resident.
The Lifestyle Coordinators also learnt how to ‘Paint and Sip’ so that they can then take that skill back to their respective homes and enjoy that fabulous activity with the residents.
