Our Queensland and NSW Mid North Coast homes, and indeed the wider organisation are continuing to prepare for the severe weather event.
Each of our Queensland and NSW mid north coast homes’ local teams have been actively preparing their home for potential flooding, power and telephone outages.
Our Critical Incident Management Team, led by our Chief Executive Officer, continues to coordinate our collective response to this severe weather event.
The safety and well-being of all residents and employees remains our highest priority and we are closely monitoring advice from authorities and working closely in preparation with local councils, health and emergency services.
All homes who are likely to be impacted by this event have extra food, water and clinical supplies on site, with additional team members rostered on to provide support as needed.
We thank all our residents’ families and friends for their understanding and patience during this time. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
