We’re excited to announce our Estia Health Blakehurst home in southern Sydney was the winner of the 2021 Master Builders Association of NSW Excellence in Construction & Site Safety Awards, in the aged care building category. Attending the awards ceremony, were the Growthbuilt team, TSA Management and Estia Health. Growthbuilt accepted the award, which recognised the home for excellence and innovation in its design and construction for projects $35 million and over.

Having recently celebrated it’s one year anniversary, it’s a wonderful acknowledgement of a building that has now become home to many residents, who enjoy living in a warm and welcoming home that meets their needs and the expectations of the local ageing community, by offering a modern building, with many state-of-the-art facilities and features.

Estia Health Blakehurst is a five-storey home, which has multiple dining, living, outdoor terraces, courtyards and multipurpose areas for lifestyle events and activities. There is also a hairdressing and nail salon, beauty therapy room to book for massages and treatments and a Wellbeing Centre, which includes physiotherapy and rehabilitation services for residents and it will soon offer these to the local community.
