On 1 December 2022, Estia Health acquired the four (4) remaining residential aged care homes from Premier Health Care. These Estia Health homes are based in South Australia (Myrtle Bank and Valley View) and Queensland (Hervey Bay and Pacific Paradise) and will take the total number of homes owned and operated by Estia Health to 70+.
This acquisition could not have occurred without the incredible ethos and dedication that Premier Health Care (formerly known as Padman Health Care) built over almost forty years. Premier Health Care gained a reputation for excellence in the aged care industry and developed homes that are architecturally designed to suit the needs of residents, that Estia Health are now proud to own and operate and incorporate into our network of homes.
The complimentary objectives of both Premier Health Care and Estia Health make for an ideal acquisition as both organisations have continually provided outstanding individualised care and support to residents and their families at such a critical time in their lives.
