The Regional Manager oversees all aspects of a resident and their families experience while living in our homes. Looking after a number of homes in a specific region, the Regional Manager works closely with each home’s Residential Aged Care Manager providing management and operational support to a group of homes in a specific region. 

Sharina, one of Estia Health’s Victoria Regional Managers, started out in the aged care sector 25 years ago as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) whilst studying to become a Registered Nurse. Once qualified, she progressed in her career to a Unit Manager, Care Coordinator, Director of Nursing, Regional Manager before progressing to State General Manager roles.  

Sharina is passionate about working in the aged care sector ‘I couldn’t imagine myself working in any other field. There is nothing more extraordinary than meeting a new resident and their family, providing excellent care and supporting them with the most sacred, final moments of their life in a dignified and comfortable way'. she says
