Nurse graduate programs

At Estia Health we welcome all newcomers to the nursing profession and are committed to supporting their journey towards clinical competency. We partner with the Australian College of Nursing to provide a formalised Aged Care Transition to Practice Program. This program is available to Estia Health Graduate Nurses in all States.

The Clinical Practice Foundations Program competency-based program that focuses on laying the clinical foundations of gerontological nursing and facilitates the Graduate Nurse to move from advanced beginner to clinical competency at the conclusion of the 12-month program. The Clinical Practice Foundations Program is open to Victorian and New South Wales registered nurses.
