Masterclass for Chefs

The Estia Health Masterclass is a bi-annual training program which focuses on developing the culinary and management skills of our Chefs and Cooks. The program is in its 5th year and has assisted Chefs to continue their culinary development in the latest trends in cookery.

The program aims to ensure that Estia Health's catering standards are at the forefront of commercial cookery- not just in Aged Care, but in any sector. Our Chefs learn from leading Chefs across industry and different sectors and this provides them with the skills and confidence to take these practices back to their homes and implement them for the benefit of our residents.
