Estia Health host students across NSW, VIC, SA QLD. We support multiple training organisation providers and host their students within our homes. Our vision for students is to provide a positive experience they can build a foundation for their career path. Placement provides students an opportunity to work in aged care, where they can use all components of their studies within our homes. Placement experience is a pivotal point of cementing qualifications and allows students to obtain a pathway to employment.

Traineeships
Our ‘Earn while you Learn’ traineeship program offers a unique blend of comprehensive and hands-on learning experiences, guided by a team of experienced professionals.
We empower you to acquire the essential skills, knowledge, and unwavering confidence required to excel in the field of aged care.
In order to undertake a traineeship with us, you will need;
- to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per fortnight
- be committed to undertake the study required
- be eligible for a government funded traineeship
Traineeships are available for Personal Care Workers.
