What happens at each stage from application to welcoming you
-
How long does the application process typically take?
While application timelines vary, we aim to respond to your application within 10 business days. If your application progresses, our Talent Acquisition Business Partners will contact you to arrange a phone interview and explain the next steps.
-
What happens at a MS Teams interview?
During the MS Teams Interview, we will discuss your experience and what motivates you to join Estia Health.
If you progress past the MS Teams interview, we’ll arrange a meeting with the Hiring Manager. This is an in-depth conversation about your skills and interest in the role. It's also your opportunity to ask questions about the position and what to expect. If you're unsuccessful at this stage, we'll provide feedback. -
What should I expect in a face-to-face Interview?
If you have been successful with the phone Interview, our Talent Acquisition Business Partner will arrange a suitable time for you to meet with the Hiring Manager to allow you and the Hiring Manager to have a detailed conversation.
This will be an opportunity for our Hiring Manager to assess your skills and interest in the opportunity at Estia Health. It is equally a great opportunity for you to ask the Hiring Manager any questions you have about the role and expectations. If at this stage in the recruitment process you are unsuccessful, our Talent Acquisition Business Partner or Hiring Manager will provide you with feedback.
-
If I am successful, what is the next step?
If you have been successful through the recruitment process, our Talent Acquisition Business Partners will provide you with a verbal offer which will then be followed by an Estia Health Employment Contract generated via our system PageUp.
When you applied for the position at Estia Health you will have been required to create login details – you’ll be asked to use those login details to access the system and accept your Employment Offer online.
-
What happens after I have accepted the Offer of Employment?
Once you have accepted your Offer of Employment, you’ll immediately be asked to complete New Starter Forms. It’s a good idea to have available when you are accepting your Offer of Employment the following information:
• Bank Details
• Superannuation Choice Fund Details
• Tax File Number Information
• Emergency Contact Information
Completing this form will trigger your onboarding process with Estia Health where you can expect trainer led sessions, group work and online training. We look forward to welcoming you to the Estia Health family! -
What happens If I haven’t been successful?
If you haven’t been successful for the opportunity you have applied for, this doesn’t mean that there won’t be other opportunities we can consider you for.
Please let us know if you’d be open to hearing about other opportunities and our Talent Acquisition Business Partners will ensure they keep in touch with you on a regular basis.
We'd love to get to know you!
