Sam joined Estia Health in 2024, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in finance and management roles. As the head of Estia Health’s Acquisition and Integration Activities, Sam plays a pivotal role in driving the company's expansion, ensuring seamless operational alignment and sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Estia Health, Sam successfully led the growth of Only About Children through strategic acquisitions and greenfield developments for more than six years. In this role Sam oversaw the growth of the group from 38 to 82 childcare services. His diverse background also includes significant roles in the private equity industry at Propel Investments and Colonial First State, coupled with eight year’s experience at PwC providing advice across a range of sectors.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide, is a Chartered Accountant, and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
