Kerry is Estia Health’s Chief Quality and Clinical Officer with a career spanning over two decades in healthcare and leadership. With 22 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, Kerry has developed a comprehensive understanding of healthcare across diverse settings, including cardiothoracic care in tertiary hospitals and both private and public sector aged care.
Prior to her current role, Kerry spent 12 years with the aged care regulator in critical positions including registered quality assessor, assessment manager, and statutory decision maker. She has also contributed to the education sector, developing and delivering programs and providing clinical facilitation in the TAFE sector.
Kerry’s journey at Estia Health began in 2019, seeing her progressively advance through key roles, including Quality Business Partner and Head of Quality and Clinical Development, before stepping into her current executive position in January 2025.
Kerry's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Nursing, a Master of Gerontology specialising in Dementia Practice and Veteran Health, and a Master of Business Leadership. Grounded in her deep clinical expertise and genuine passion for care, Kerry is committed to driving our vision of true person centred care every day, to everyone one, at every moment.
