Appointed as Chief Legal and Risk Officer of Estia Health in February 2025, Dianna is an experienced legal, risk and governance practitioner who has held senior roles across ASX-listed, private corporate, and not-for-profit organisations, spanning multiple industries.

Prior to joining Estia Health, Dianna spent nine years in the healthcare industry, most recently serving as General Counsel and Group Director of Corporate Governance and Risk at Epworth HealthCare, where she led the organisation’s legal, risk, and governance functions.

Dianna holds a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Melbourne, along with an MBA and Master of Marketing from the Melbourne Business School. She also holds a Certificate in Governance Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
