Keysborough’s Daffodil Day
The staff and residents at the home decided to have a yellow-themed day and enjoy a homemade afternoon tea together. And the delicious array of sweet and savoury delicacies the Kitchen staff made had everyone happily full at the end of the day!
“We decorated ourselves as much as our tables and treats!” Geetha Kundan, Lifestyle Coordinator at Keysborough joked. “And with yellow being such a bright colour, I think the theme brightened our day too!”
Activities for the day included yellow balloon and ball games, and residents even took the afternoon to go door-to-door at the facility to raise some donations for the day.
With thanks to the generous staff and residents, the team were able to raise a substantial amount for the cause, and are already looking forward to organising next year’s theme!
Well done team Keysborough for such a thoughtful and colourful initiative!
