About the role
You will be responsible for leading the lifestyle and volunteer team in providing innovative and quality personal, social and emotional care and support to residents. In addition to creating and ensuring lifestyle programs are run according to the changing needs of our residents.
We are looking for a friendly and caring individual with the ability to work independently. The successful applicant will bring their vibrant, spontaneous and self-driven approach to positively contribute to our team.
This role is at our Melton South facility and shifts will be Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
• Certificate IV in Lifestyle (or similar qualification)
• Experience in lifestyle programs
• Understanding of accreditation standards
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Empathy and resident focused approach
• A positive, energetic and professional approach to work
