About the role:
Bring your experience, enthusiasm and desire to make a difference, to a fast paced role focused on candidate experience while delivering organisation-wide recruitment support. Working in collaboration with hiring managers, you will contribute to the end to end recruitment process for roles across all areas of our business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing best practice sourcing and assessment processes, with a key focus on candidate experience and championing the Estia Health brand.
The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and demonstrated ability to engage candidates and others, while building and maintaining strong relationships across a range of stakeholders.
